The problem

HELP BUSINESS CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO START, OPERATE AND GROW THEIR BUSINESSES WITH US THROUGH OUR CHANNELS.

Solution

WE CREATED A desktop and mobile application EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD ENABLE CUSTOMERS TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT BASED on a decision tree that we had created before-hand. Once the account has been opened we would be able to create a smart dashboard that is tailored towards their businesses goals and needs. We would be able to cross sell, make suggestions on new products that are in line with that particular business needs and then there would also be a mobile experience which is not as robust but has the necessary functions for what we are trying to achieve.
