SQUAREINK is an independent design practice founded by James Mokhasi, specialising in digital products, UX/UI and design systems. Working out of Johannesburg, its work spans first-of-their-kind investment products, mobile banking at national scale, conversational banking, retail hardware interfaces and AI-assisted sales tooling.

James specialises in design systems — the component libraries, tokens and rules that let large product teams ship consistently across iOS, Android and web. Work for Fedgroup reached number one on both the Apple and Android stores; work for Sales Advantage compressed a multi-week analysis task into 7.5 minutes.
