the company needed to expand it’s engagement with their customers and chat was the most efficient way to do so.
The challenge
Incorporate an existing chat app into the current nedbank money app and build new ui components in the current library.
Solution
working closely with the content team we were able to create a seamlessly organic chat experience with the help of the agents whom we had briefed to chat with the customers. The established conversational Ui would be what we would use later on to incorporate into the chatbot. This solution was built for web, mobile as well as tablet.
