The platform gives RMB's Innovation Hub a way to connect with prospective talent that goes beyond publishing vacancies. Candidates for this kind of environment are evaluating the team and the work as much as the job specification.
The experience was therefore designed around discovery: what the Hub is building, how it operates, and where a person could fit — with the roles positioned inside that context rather than presented as a list.
The UX approach
Roles are made discoverable through filtering by discipline, level and team, with each listing carrying the information candidates use to self-select — scope, the work involved, and the part of the Hub it belongs to — before they commit to reading further.
The application journey is kept short and staged, asking for what is needed at each point rather than everything up front. Progress and status are stated explicitly, including after submission, since silence is the most common failure of recruitment products.
Culture content is interleaved with roles rather than isolated in an 'about' section, so context is encountered at the moment it informs a decision.
The UI approach
Role cards use a fixed structure so positions can be compared at a glance, with typographic hierarchy separating title, team and scope. The visual language matches the Innovation Hub's wider identity, so the recruitment platform reads as part of the environment it is describing.
Form design favours clarity over density: single-column, clearly labelled, with validation and confirmation states designed as part of the journey rather than added to it.
